+Seven. Treat yourself to the small things that you enjoy i.e. Lush beauty products, lavish and lovely red wine
+Eight. Be self aware not self conscious
+Nine. Remind yourself that, if even the tiniest bit of you changed, you would not be you
+Ten. Prove that you are your own person, but don't worry about others, it is just for yourself
+Eleven. Sit naked every now and then, it's liberating
+Twelve. Trust your body, it knows what to do
+Thirteen. Yoga when you wake up. Yogic breathing to fall asleep.
+Fourteen. Read, brain stimulation is important
+Fifteen. Exercise regularly in a way that you enjoy.
+Sixteen. Dance around your room for at least 10 minutes, it promotes spiritual bliss
+Seventeen. Jam tunes with your pets, real or imaginary
+Eighteen. Give yourself at least 15 minutes of alone time.
